Deterministic Testing at Antithesis

I came across this blog post from the CEO of Antithesis. The author previously created FoundationDB, a distributed database supporting ACID transactions.

The compelling part of the post—which is also a product pitch—is how heavily they invested in building a deterministic testing system while developing FoundationDB. Hearing about their experience achieving such an extreme level of testing rigour is fascinating; he even makes the bold claim that they “found all bugs.” They are now turning this testing platform into a product to bring deterministic testing to external teams, with an initial focus on distributed systems.
