Startup Infrastructure Regrets and Endorsements

I came across this excellent article of regrets and endorsements reflecting on four years of infrastructure decisions at an AI startup. There are a lot of great takeaways here, each with an explanation of the underlying trade-offs, and many of the lessons resonate strongly with common engineering experiences.
